UK Delivery

For orders under £75, there is a standard package & delivery charge of £10.00 to the UK mainland.

For orders over £75, we offer free package and delivery to the UK mainland.

International Delivery

For international orders, please use our online shipping quotation service on each product page for an instant estimate.

If you would like more information on international delivery, please contact us or call us on +44 1342 843688 for a delivery quotation.  We provide an export service and can quote you for export packaging and shipping, including any taxes and duties.

Stock items ordered before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day via UPS Standard Service. Delivery time for out of stock items will be advised on the day of order.

Any claim for non-delivery or short delivery, or damage to the goods in transit, should be made within seven days by writing in an email. Our liability in respect of any such claim is at our discretion to either replace the goods or refund the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.
